Description
The title is a bit of a joke on the fact that this image illustrates the power of Normal Maps as supported by Reality 2 and LuxRender 0.9/1.0. All the displacement maps from the original materials have been removed and replaced with ad-hoc Normal Maps. The result is very, very credible while taking a fraction of the time and memory required by displacement maps.
Made with Reality 2 with only one light for the whole scene. Except for the replacement of the sky, the image is completely unretouched.
