Sis, first of all allow me to say what a fabulous job you have done on this one. I was drawn into it instantly as purple is one of my favorite colors and that this magical Purple Mountain you created truly seems like a magial place. This image truly is exquisite and the detail work on the special effects is second to none. Love the idea of a sanctuary for the magnificent Snow Leopards, where they can forever be safe. Sorry to hear about all the problems you went through over your new set and the misunderstanding. Hope you can get it all resolved soon so you can smile again :) Hugs

WOW.. so sorry to hear about the Vender problem... I look at the lines that says if you can use it for commercial use too - I started collecting props and figures in free stuff long before I realized I should of kept notes who all this stuff comes from - lol... I have wanted to make a book or two and I will have to be very careful on the images I put into the scenes.... Have you tried writing the artist and telling them about them giving permission for commercial use? I would of done that first thing - maybe all they want is credit so others can find their work? I know I've seen a handful of work today alone to where artists have said they got the work from diviantart - BUT - they don't say where - the artist that made the original may be tired of finding his/her work in others arts without a mention of who he/she is. I do stay away from other's art to use as background just because I want it to be my creation... I have asked others for use, but I always change it just enough to call it mine - I'll change the image to where the artist themselves recognize it but it's changed enough to where they aren't going to say, now wait a minute - lol good luck with the Backgrounds you create - I'd just go snap some phtos and create your own stuff - make it unique. ....one last thing... what the hell have you been feeding that cat? lol

They are indeed wonderful animals worthy of any and all safety we can create for them, nice of you to bring their plight to one's attention. I missed this one it's first time around so I'm glad that you've reposted it, Jane, the purples of royalty are a fitting palette. Sorry to hear of your problems with your new BG's, TOU's can be hopelessly confusing at times and I'm sure you're not the first, nor the last, to be caught up in something like this. The blanket banning of everything from DA seems a "little" heavy-handed by Rendo to me. I would think that countless folks have brushes, etc. from there that I'm sure have been used to create items for commercial use, whether for here or another marketplace. The worst part of course is that your creations that you've worked so long and hard to create are now gone, nobody to enjoy them. So sorry to hear that you have got caught up in this... a big hug headed your way even though I know it's a small consolation. :(

Really nice image, well done. Sorry to hear about your problems with Deviantart, I suppose it is a lesson learnt when using such products. It's very annoying when you spend so long putting these things together for it not to work out. I think that's why I like to make sure all my resources are my own, but that's not always possible for some vendors. I'm sure you have plenty of other good ideas to put into your next products, xx

DA is one the the BIGGEST! sites for our models and art.. RO completely discounting anything from there throws the baby out with the bath water.... hmmm since I have many things at DA for many years under another username I guess I cannot use my own stuff! what Idiots RO's administration are..
