With 13 city blocks to cover, one does get tired. However, never fear as all you had to do was to sit in a shady spot and they would come to you.

It reminds me of the Medieval Fairs, like Mad Meg Day, and the original April's Fool. No rules, all is allowed and the more bizarre the better. They still exist in other formats, but humans are still the same as they were 500 years ago.Excellent photo!!!!!
