just finish this painting. i saw it in Lafayette, La. with the old 1800's houses also. it in a park. 30x40 acrylic on canvas.

It's always been a dream of mine to paint however, I took a lok in michaels (store here) and everything we need easels etc etc is expensive...what a great piece of work jockoo love it !~ 5+++++++++++++

Hey Jocko! I haven't talked to you for a long time because I haven't been putting anything on Renderosity. But your painting,my friend, makes me crawl out of my shell and tell you how great you are getting. I cannot believe from the picture of the "Lady Taking a Bath" hanging on my wall to what you are doing now. God must have touched your spirit and your heart with beauty because your painting is magnificiant. You have improved soooo much I am astounded. Bonita calls me over to "look at Jocko's latest painting" and I havent seen anything I didn't love. I really love your style. The latest painting the old 1800 church is Beautiful. and the Hoedown with the fiddles etc brought back the days when I was playing. I'm retired now and attempting to write a book. Something I have wanted to do all of my life. I hope I can do half as well as you. Keep going my Brother I believe someday you could be mentioined among the great American Painters.
