Description

So back in 1965, two years before my appearance on this big round ball we call Earth; a group of fellows from Hannover, Germany ignited a new band. They have gone through members as allot of bands do, but these guys can still rock! The reason I did this image was for a friend here on Rendo, crunch01. On January 24, 2010, after 46 years of performing, the band announced that they will be retiring. The band sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Crunch01 thought a tribute image was in order and I totally agreed! So, here is my contribution to one awesome kickass band!! If you havent checked these guys out, I highly recommend it. Excuse me for being late to such an awesome tribute to a band that has stood the test of time.I had the fortune to see them twice in my life time and both concerts were totally amazing from start to finish.Awesome Tribute.....Awesome!!!

WOW... I love this band, but did not know they were together two years after I was born - lol... I got 4 years on ya - lol.... WIND OF CHANGE still chokes me up because these guys are from Germany and the Wall came down... I have a CD or two of theirs - I have had a few friends with the name "rain" in their name, I thought you were one of my favorite artists, it tripped me out to see you're weren't on my list - I know your avatar and I'm sorry I haven't stopped over here lately. very cool dedication.
