Description

I found this guy on my kitchen floor last night. I think he's reaching the end of his life cycle because I put him in a clear plastic container without a lid and he was still there this morning. I know this isn't quite perfect but at the moment I'm working with just my macro lens, no extension tubes. I've ordered some and can't wait for them to get here! Better viewed full size. :) Overall I'm pretty pleased with the results since I'm still very new to photography, but I've always wanted to learn macro. I think I'm addicted! :)

Love his big glasses!!! Hollywood indeed. The more I look the more he looks like a Sultan. Never realized how pretty they really are. The colors are awesome. Now I will feel really bad when I smash them. :))

Wow, this is magnificent, I don't think you can get much closer without losing some of its extremities. You have even captured its reflection in the base. Wonderful photography.

I just sold a 180mm macro because of being to hard to hold. your 100 macro is just right. the extension tubes will almost certainly require a tripod
