Description
Zion NP, "The Narrows", late October 1999, scanned image from a Matte finish photograph. The trail for the majority of this hike is the Virgin River itself! So in early Spring and Summer when the water is higher...it's not just a hike, but a swim, and a cold one at that!

I recall you mentioning before about how cold the water is and I believe you totally.also I know how much danger it was hiking here because of the threat of flash flooding at any given time from storms that can be a long raise off
