Holy crap. What the hell is going on with that? I swear. You have been capturing some of the most unusual skies I have ever seen in my life. And I still wonder about that comment you made about noticing the clouds being drawn toward the sun the other day too. Something you mentioned you never saw before. All kind of unsettling. And considering the wacky weather all over the place? It makes you wonder more than a little bit.

My word, those are quite possibly the creepiest cloud formations I've ever seen (and I'm an armchair storm chaser)~ It looks like the reaching fingers of a giant elemental hand shudders. Glad to hear it only looked foreboding & didn't cause any bad weather. A one-in-a-million beautiful capture!

Though remarkable as these clouds are ...It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they are man made clouds with all the "cloud seeding" that has been going on over the years under our noses...I'm still waiting for one of their experiments to backfire and they will deny any wrong doings.... You stated that "nothing"(rain)came from this?....Usually when I see a storm front come like this it brings hell fire and brimstone's with it....Cool Capture regardless Richard....(smiles)....
