Description
Some gorgeous roses from very high rose bushes, to forget the storm. It's thundering and it's been hailing for some minutes. Fortunately the frozen bullets come from southeast and don't massacre the flowers on our balcony at northwest. Flavia has just told me: she is the green thumb in the family. Yesterday we were at the very rim of a tornado that ploughed some islands in Venice. It destroyed trees and chimneys, but no victims. If you google Venice tornado you'll see it. The Upper Adriatic sea is infamous for this sudden cyclonic winds from the sea since Homer's Greeks came here to trade.

We get tornado warnings here in my area a lot but luckily they don't ever touch down too close. But we get the wild storms and winds and thunder where you think a war has started. Glad you are well and that those lovely flowers were unharmed. :)
