My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Lushness! Yes it's a word...:~p

funny about the year & your ages...nice parallels. A big overgrown mess of nature, very lush, very green, and with the feeling of everything draped over everything else, like nature took out all its blankets and quilts and piled them up in a high pile while it cleaned out its closets (out of frame). And you caught gentle luminous yellow and bright highlights, and dappled lights in the trees. (A sight I assume is very common to these forests.) And on top of that central "pileup" of greens, a centrally located tree. Nice composition! I've never photographed a place like this, I'd think it difficult because it's almost too lush to allow for grand composition. But you & Bill have done a number of shots of these thick forests with both composition, individual character, and much play of light and dark. It must have been wonderful to stand in such a place and smell the freshness and feel the ground beneath your feet...

Eden! A perfect habitat for fecund goings-on by all sorts of greenish creatures. Luscious! And, what a great coincidence.

What a fantastic and very fertile Paradise looking place, so wonderfully captured. It must have a special gorgeous smell in there. I love all the ferns. Such you pay a fortune for to have in a pot in the sittingroom :D

I like the light & shadows in this lush scene & the upward angle, almost like you're looking up from a hole in the ground. Fine capture...
