Description
Greeting and Happy Monday to one and All!...
Well I was looking through my older works and found this particular image that I hadn't got around to finishing back when i first started creating it.It was one of those i had shelved until i got better with my lighting and atmosphere and when I was creating Film/TV art and paying homage to some of the classic movies I grew up watching.
This one here is from the Movie that maybe some of you have scene at some point entitled "Vanishing Point"..If not then the summary should get you up to speed....(smiles)..
"Movie Summary"
Vanishing Point is a 1971 American action road movie directed by Richard C. Sarafian and starring Barry Newman, Cleavon Little, and Dean Jagger. The film is notable for its scenic film locations across the American Southwest and its social commentary on the post-Woodstock mood in the United States. The film is especially popular with Mopar auto enthusiasts because it prominently features a classic 1970 Dodge Challenger muscle car.
Though they remade this movie in 1997 I still believe the original still stands on it's own merits.I certainly enjoy recreating these older movies when finding all the right props!...(smiles)...
So without further ado....
I present a scene taken from said movie and recreated in Bryce for your viewing pleasure!
Continued Thanks for your patronage and the time you spend viewing my latest art and for all your comments and fav's!

A lot of work on this one I can tell. Creating that lighting and atmosphere in Bryce or any program is not an easy task. Well composed image that leads the viewer's eye to the 'vanishing point'. Your vanishing point rendition and the movie title go hand in hand. Beautiful work!!

about 1970 or 71 a man murdered several law enforcement around a park in Okla. a friend of mine and myself were on our way to Mexico. when we got to the Red river at the state line of Texas there was a massive roadblock and the police all had shotgun/machine guns drawn and ready to fire.this render of yours brought back that memory. I have never seen one like it since. very dramatic mood of apprehension

lol I wish I could get as many comments, ratings, and views as your work. I look at this and I can tell that your vision is deep and passionate. I love the sunrise too. So you clearly are a champion at what you do, and with the kind of respect you've got? Well hell I can see why your so inspired when you do these pieces. I strive for being known in what I do, mainly because I'm a writer and I always have new ideas. The more people that see my work and comment or rate, the better I feel about the work I do. So along with your 37 and I'm bumping you up to 38 my friend. This is worthy of being added right into my favorites along with other great art pieces I've feasted my eyes on.
