The Jarl scowled at his chieftains. They had faced and defeated many Frost Giants before, and none had caused his men such fear. This new devilry, this new leader who was bringing the Frost Giants and the Q’llani together in the Tarkanian lands, she had to be stopped. But now, with the reports of his scouts finally in, his men were shaking like old women. It mattered not. They would bring down this bitch half-breed or earn their place in Valhalla this day.

Not all of Mother’s creations would be Witches. She’d need warriors as well. Charlagra was her UnderDark warrior, her Deep Delver who roamed the Mordian wastes alone. But Drejandra was her muscle on the surface. Moreover, Drejandra had been bred specifically to overcome the two weaknesses inherent to all Drow, sunlight and cold. To defeat these ancient foes, Mother had mixed her genes with a Frost Giant. But she didn’t stop there.

Drejandra grew quickly in her maturation chamber, and soon had to be freed of it to continue growing. She matured at just over eight feet tall, with enough muscle to easily lift three tons. Her skin tone was darker than most Frost Giants, a deep, ice blue color. The only thing that gave away her non-Jouten heritage was her small size compared to them, her white eyes and pointed ears. But her strength was such that even the greatest, the strongest of the Frost Giant Jarls was forced to succumb to her superiority. What her strength couldn’t accomplish, her Weaponsmaster training did. With little enough magic, she could pass as human or even a surface elf. And thus she traveled with her sisters, Lorra’sessryn and Surut’zarreth, to ensure their safety.
