Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Awwww, they just wanna play too! My parents used to have an English sheepdog who loved to fish with my dad. Barney used to pounce on the fish when they were brought into the boat, trying to "protect" my dad from these fearsome creatures!

Oh, I can tell that the smaller is the boss between these two; it's in his posture. THAT is the posture of a boss, a supervisor, an observer and that's a part of what makes this shot so incredibly nice! Dogs always have a way of looking so incredibly eager, but then, dogs are the sorts of creatures that convey perfect eagerness nearly all of the time. This is such a fun shot and it clearly marks a fun day!
