Description

Duxford Flying Legends 2010...when all the solo, pairs and triplets have done there bit, the show closes with the 'Balbo' a massed take off and fly past.It's a sight to behold but the noise!! is astounding. With only 1 Fw-190 and a Bouchon 109 to represent the Germans it would be mean to make them bring up the rear, so they're allowed to fly with the 'goodies' (after checking their ammunition trays are empty......twice)... Well I'm off to Robs in the morning, so probably no posts till Sunday night when I get home.Get ready for Duxford Flying Legends 2012 (in glorious technicolor), Waddington International Airshow AND some news from 'The Plant'.... That's quite a lineup mate and who wouldn't want to fly any of them (although Spitfires would be my choice). Have a good weekend with Rob, between the two of you i'm guessing we're in for some real treats :)

Thanks for the photo, Neil. I see the "screwed" wolfe, but not the flying cork (Bouchon = cork in French). Did somebody already empty the champaigne bottle? :) Too bad Rendo doesn't have a sound option - I could run it at MAX volume when my dumb neighbor downstairs hits me with noise music at 2:00 AM during her noisy partys. And add a few block buster blasts for added effect! I'm looking foreward to more Ducksford (quack, quack! ???) photos, but expect airplanes, not ducks, in the photos! But who knows what will happen, with Tailspin in the the background! :) Keep up the good work! :-)
