That's a nice variety I haven't seen here and they are way ahead of mine. Yesterday in the back yard I could see the buds just beginning on my Clematis, and mine are far more purple. I had Yellow Clematis at one time but it was taking over my yard like a herd of buffalo so I got rid of them. I still have raspberries that try to take over the world but the only thing I cannot control is the darn suckering from my chokecherry tree. Wish I knew how to stop that! Oh, nice shot by the way!

What a lovely variety! I just helped a friend take a rather large clematis off a three-foot-high wire grid and put it up over an arched trellis, so I'm in a clematis-appreciation mood today! :)

That is one flower, I haven't got in my garden - therefore I can really appreciate it here so very much Jeff and just drool over it, simply lovely - thank you very much, BB
