An angelic looking figure stood there. On her left stood another figure - cloaked. "For now, no-where," answered the nearer figure on the left. The being gestured for her to come nearer. "Do you know me?" he asked as she came nearer. She shook her head. "I'm supposed to meet the Peacock Angel." She suddenly found herself with her back to him. He leaned in close, his voice an unearthly whisper in her ear. "Listen and do not speak until I am done. Lisbet is dead. All you have experienced since then has been a sort of dream. I regret that we had to let you die one more time in order to give you something - if you will have it. It was your soul Ramon rescued from the explosion, not your body. Ramon asked that you be given The Gift of True Life. Was it three deaths ago? Yes. Since then we have been watching you...I have been watching you, for I am the only one who can give this gift." She was stunned. Shocked. Confused. "What...? What is this gift...True Life?" "Firstly, we apologize to you for the 'deception' but it was necessary. We shall never again deceive you. You shall die no more. You can be one of us and always be with the one who loves you, never again to be parted by the darkness. "It has it's merits and it's trials. Living more or less 'forever' can be a challenge. You will never forget anything you witness, anything you do, or anyone you come to know in your former state. You can be pure spirit and if you would, then I tell you go to the door and follow the other. Or, you can be like us, ever changing, ever-living and trying to help those in need of our help. It is why we are here - in spite of whatever you might have heard to the contrary. What do you say? It is your choice, for we believe and live in a state of free-will." Ramon...?
