I'm just a girl with a Nikon D90, who loves taking pictures of just about anything and everything. Postworking my images is 'my thing' .. The main programs I use are: Photoshop CS 5, Corel painter 12. I am currently laid off and seeking employment. I have been in the technical support field for the last 12 years and have really enjoyed the work. Not sure what I want to do now. I think it depends on what is out there and what is available. Competition is tough, there are so many out of work these days.
Anyway! I have been a member at Renderosity since 2004.ÂÂ
If you've read this far, I want to thank you for your interest. :) ShariLyn

very beautiful results. they are beautiful. I hope you are able to find employment soon. when I lost my employment in 1986 or7 I was already "too old" to find a job, so I went into business for myself and flourished until after 911.then things steadily went down hill

I'm reading your post: I realize the older we get the harder it is to find work but the bosses will never get out of a younger woman that a little older woman can give on any job most young people in stores here have no proffessonal way about them at all and it seems payday is the only thing of interest to them "just my opinion of course Love this!~~~ it couldn't be more aweosme it's a wow and a awwwww for me lol and to my favs it is gone !~ hugs ...

Sweet and professionally worked image, Shari; they are lovely cats! Sorry about the job, but hopefully something better will come along right when you're ready for it. Enjoy your holiday!

Am not a fan of cat photos, but this is just stunning. I love your postwork and those eyes are amazing. As to your work situation, good managers value experience; bad ones like wide-eyed youngsters who are easier to manipulate... The upside to that of course, is when you find something else, you are likely to have a good boss!
