Description

"Swaziland Revisited" The extensive physio on my knee and shoulder has really paid dividends with both the doctors and the therapist being etremely pleased at my progress todate. Have even taken to the mountain bike on the back roads here, traversing the areas I normally would be hiking. Now if I could only get my pedalling speed to match my heart rate I would be really flying around. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
