Fantastic concept scene and what a cool use of the bird feeder! This set is so awesome. Lotta' miles and time. Tell them you'll think about it if they buy you a closer house and pay your moving expenses. ;) Best wishes with what the future reveals, my friend.

Excellent use of the prop and really like the effect of the colour figures against the monochrome backdrop. Lovely work. Hope you manage to get your job problems sorted soon. No fun having that hanging over your head all the time.

This reminds me of the movie "The Birds", lol!! After all the years that movie has been around, I finally saw it about 2 months ago, lol!!! That would be quite a drive!! OMG! I hope everything works out for you and your employment!! Sending HUGS!

It's a good thing she doesn't look like dad! Very pretty girl, and this is a wonderful setting in a sort of tribute to the old master of suspense Steve. The use of the monochrome here is very effective with the accent of the purple candle. Yikes, what a choice. That I-25 South drive would be very stressful indeed. Those people drive like complete maniacs. Something only you can decide though. Tough times hon. I wish you the best.

yeah thats a dilemma to say the least.all the best whatever decision you take.

Outstanding image, Steve, Sorry to hear about your work situation but I think everyone I know has gone though stuff like that with their job in the last few years but it seem they have all found another job. My youngest son just changed jobs the first of May because his company changed owner & they were going to bring their people from somewhere up north to do the jobs. Will keep you in my prayers.

This is a marvelous dark mood my friend, splendid background and character, very sorry about the situation with your work!!! I hope to everything to result ok! ***

Passed up a much higher paying job than that in San Francisco. The drive would be comparable in distance but the time spent bumper to bumper would eat some 4-5 hrs a day on the road. No amount per hour could rationalize that loss of family time for me. Great image, and I believe you are correct...have never seen a crow take up residence in a bird house. :~)
brewgirlca
Very finely done image Steve, a classic. I love the way you have built up the scene with your own crows and how you married your work with the background. Rotten deal all round to my mind. The bosses are really taking advantage of the workers in these hard times. A buck an hour raise to effectively destroy your life is not much of an offer is it?
magnus073
This is simply sensational work bro, you never cease to amaze me with your talent. This one has it all from the cool special effects, to the dramatic feel
jocko500

Excellent picture ,my friend. I hope you will find a suitable job. Times are so tough now!
bobrgallegos
Wonderful dark scene Steve!! Love her skin textures! It would be a hassle to drive I 25 everyday, I don't think I would do it either. Hang in there my friend, You will find something.

Awesome scene lil brother Love it..... I am like you I don't think I would like the drive or the hours.......for more pay I would re think but for that amount and the time you put in and plus the time you would have to get it.........that small amount of a raise I would tell them to take the job and shove it....................:) You can always draw unemployment lay back and enjoy the time off for a change.... something will surface for you I just know it..........feel it deep in my bones love n hugs your lil sis susan~

Splendid composition. Great image!!!
