Description

This panoramic was taken as we arrived at the rim. The other panoramic I posted was directly across from here on the other side of Wizard Island looking this direction. The shadows cast from the snow drifts puts the sun in the Western sky as we look north. Can just see the triangular peak of Mt. Theilson past the rim of the park(just right of Wizard Island). Gorgeous panorama and NEAT SHOT The little island in the middle look like a volcanic cone!! Maybe some ancient volcano extinct after the ice age ;-)
