Description

Summer is a time of seasonal transgression here, and more so if one ism't a law-abiding citizen in general. Cyclists are a case in point. While they are always ready to complain self-pityingly of car drivers, actually they do their worst to put themselves and other people in danger. These two, for example, were occupying the cars'lane, and ignoring the especially reserved cyclists'lane on the left (you can't see it here). On the right, beyond the fence there is the hospital, but their precarious balance notwithstanding, they succeeded in avoiding a visit at the E.R.(unfortunately?) Thanks for your kind comments.

Here I thought she was just inappropriately attired for riding double and this was the only way to be lady like. However, riding in traffic trying this is not appropriate to anyone on the road! The heat does something that causes folks to forget reason.

Quite the inconsiderate knot heads! It really makes me angry when you see some of these idiots clogging traffic in the car lane when there is a marked area for bikes to ride. They don't seem to have an ounce of intelligence in their noggins at all to do something so stupid and dangerous! A most excellent capture, Sandra and excellent commentary!

Cyclists rare use the bike lane here as well. They claim there is too much trash and debris in that lane so they ride in the car's lane. Funny, they insisted they have a lane built just for them at the car driver's expense and then won't use it. And we licensed drivers who are required to carry large insurance policies on ourselves and our cars continue to pay registration fees to fund maintenance and building of streets to drive on. Bicyclists are not required to register anything, insure anything and demand safe cycling passage, and then put themselves in danger whipping along at 15 mph in the middle of 40 mph car traffic. love this shot and story.

I like the photo of this balancing act and the reflection of the male cyclist’s face - in the mirror but also the trees above them are fantastic – as is the total look of your photo!

it is the same here with motor cyclists. they serve in an out of lanes driving between cars, all way above the speed limit.then they get involved with an accident, they claim the motorist was being careless outstanding and candid capture

here in spain they just started to educate the bycicle drivers??(hey we are in 2012 people,you might have jumped some evolution steps lol),anyway here they drive on the walkways,they dont care for traffic signs,yes and put other peoole in danger i dont care if they break their stupid necks but its always the innocent who are suffering. i see granddads with kids crossing the streets while its red etc. and they will do the same with their grandkidz- a vicious circle in dumbness.
