The battle is over, the carrion birds fly. Stripping off the helmet to let the blood tainted air wash the sweat from your hair. The haunted look in the eyes as they ask how the battle went. Moving imagery beautifully rendered. Render ON!

I can see you called upon your warrior spirit with this one! I love the dreamlike effects and the deep shadows. I wonder, is she preparing for battle, or has the battle ended? Perhaps she is speaking to her ancestors and her pagan gods, asking blessings of protection for the fight and that her sword strike true, to the heart of the enemy. There is a mystical and mysterious aura about her and you've captured it entirely with this piece..I love it! OXOXOXOXO Jane

I've just looked at the 3 parts of "Lord of the Rings". Do I have to say more?This looks like one of the great warriors in the movie. A good touch of atmosphere my friend! gr.Rudy.

This is a beautiful uniquely done piece that conveys a brooding sense of silence after a battle. Perhaps the only sounds are distant thunder, the flapping of the raven's wings and the beating of her heart. I like the negative. It's like coming out the other side.
