Where The Chariot indicates raw power to dominate opposing forces, Strength represents the quiet, inner determination to stand up in the face of adversity and to do what your conscience knows is right. Strength is represented by a woman caressing a lion -- declaring that even the most ferocious internal enemies can be subdued with a quiet, peaceful hand. Often, the hardest strength to find is the strength to accept what cannot be changed. True strength, I've discovered, is more about letting go than gripping harder.
