A reworking of CLUSTER RUSH!
I was trying to use blue screening, albeit my first attempt at it seems rather crude.
I rendered Space Sphere and the Alien Heavy Fighter squadron separately, the latter with a blue background.
Using Paint Shop Pro's background eraser, I removed much of the blue background. After pasting the squadron image into the Space Sphere image as a new layer, I used Blur Average to hide the blue fringe I couldn't cleanly remove with the eraser, and then Motion Blur for motion (natch).
Criticism welcome. It's the only way I can hope to learn.
