Description

When I saw Audria sitting down with a glass of beer, her unkempt black hair made worse, and glaring at me with wild eye, I knew what was coming. And yet I made myself not be fazed by it. "Um, I've heard some people consider bed hair attractive," I offered. Yeah, I was stretching it. Even when Audria called herself keeping the curls under control, it ended up the other way around. If she didn't want to make her hair straight, she could at least shorten it. "Pfft. Whatever, Fallon," she snorted. "It's still YOUR damn fault for keeping me up half the night with your blasted online socializing." So far, I didn't see fur rise from the back of her neck. Regardless, I wasn't taking chances. I flash my best smile possible. "I'm being serious, 'Dria." She just growled. "Well, I'M serious about giving you a five second head start on getting away from me." And then she added: "By the way, that was THREE SECONDS AGO." Thankfully, Pamala showed up. "Hey," she said, pointing at the glass. "Don't mean to interrupt, but don't let Yuna see you with that beer, Audria." Audria sighed. "Sorry, Pam. It's mornings like this that DRIVE me to drink. Besides, this is my only one so far today." Pamala shook her head. "You know, most people would be satisfied with a large cup of coffee in the morning. Why must you be a rebel, Audria?" I quickly walk away, not wanting Audria's attention any more at the moment.
