Even sitting still, our breath enters and leaves our bodies, our heart pulses blood through our veins, and our mind skips from one thought to another. Life is all about cycles. For every up, there is a down. For every black, there is a white. In order for us to appreciate love, we must also feel hatred. The future is shrouded in the impenetrable fog of time, and we never know which experience the Wheel will serve us.
