Description
Thomson's Falls is a beautiful waterfall at the Ewaso Nyiro River in Central Kenya. The waterfall is 74 meters (243 feet) high. The Thomson’s Falls gets it’s name from Joseph Thomson, a naturalist and geologist from Scotland who discovered it in 1887 when he walked all the way from Mombasa to Lake Victoria. We had stopped to view the falls for a few hours before continuing on to the Samburu Game Reserve. When we returned to the truck we found the Ark had been vandalized. A gang had broken into our food chest. Slices of Wonder Bread were scattered all over the floor. Each one had several bites taken out of it. Oh, did I mention it was a gang of monkeys?

Now that is one spectacular waterfall. The energy translates across all these years. Looks dangerous, step back just a bit. Great shot!! Hahaha, even monkeys won't eat wonder bread. They are so clever.
