Description
A lone woman contemplates the beauty of the season as she embraces the warmth of this summertime meadow.
I originally created this artwork during July 2011 but there were always a few little problems with it that have always bothered me but I couldn't fix at the time... not until my skills improved. Well, now I've gone back and fixed/improved/enhanced this artwork into something brand new and ever more beautiful (in my opinion).
Mainly I changed the character, created a better light setup, updated all materials, and did a much better job of post-work on the piece. Now things are a bit more clear, no "where is that shadow coming from"s, the color is more intense, and it's overall better... I hope.

There is an asymmetry to this that is slightly jarring to my senses but overall it's a splendid bit of work. Fab character and excellent DOF.
