Why do they always want to show their backside? :) Maybe they think it is more beautiful than their faces? :) FULL SIZE IS BETTER! Have a wonderful week. We have warm weather, not as hot as in Holland, I am glad to say, though I hope Holland will get cooler weather soon. Yesterday it topped on 31C, so I am glad we live close to the sea to both sides, so we usually dont get the hottest temperatures. But today I feel it warmer than yesterday. And we had tropic heat last night. More than 20C. Did I sleep well, NO. BUT I am back trying to keep up on you. Hope the very busy time is over. :) Thanks for visiting. :)

Fantastic details, a superb shot. Here in southern Germany, it is also very hot. Yesterday it was almost 40°C in the shadow and at night were still 27°C. Since one can not sleep well, because we have no air condition.

WOW! Those are impressive legs and I think that's why you see so many of them from the backside! They're showing off their legs and ovipositors and then their legs again! Also, I think that this particular specimen looks so good from the rear! The face would be marvelous, but with this little person, it's all about those long, long legs! This is excellent. I've never seen one like this. It looks almost like a cross between a grasshopper and a bush cricket.

Maybe it's her best side! :) It was hot here last week ... over 90F a couple of days. High 70s today, but still a bit on the warm side for me!

A lovely little critter, Dear Helle! Excellent clarity and colours of this image... very detailed and an excellent texture as well! I think that blue rope (?) in the background is most perfect to compliment the subject! Well done, my Friend!
