Description
The Shard is currently Europes tallest building and is located close to London Bridge. This was taken before its offcial completion in July (2012). I've literally watched the constuction of this building, not only is it architectually impressive but it only took 3 yrs to make!
With a skyline that includes a Gherkin I think this building certainly has a place, to me it doesn't dominate but enhances the character of London.
