This reminds me of the time I was riding my bicycle from work going thru the bushes and heading towards home. I've rode thru those bushes many a times but one day, this garden spider had set itself right in the middle of my path and I ran smack into it....Ahhhhhhh was my words...lol Aloha

Lovely capture of this industrious critter~ =) They can build those huge webs in no time it seems, thus surprising us as we run into them sometimes! Just the other night I opened the front door to see if a cat was ready to come in and in dropped this HUGE spider that apparently had made a web across the door to catch bugs from the porch light. It fell off me onto the floor and started running while dropping dozens of barely-see-them spider babies! I jumped into action and bravely SMASHED the spider and as many babies as I could (they were scurrying for cover FAST) with my bare hand. Yes I did. And all night I wondered how many babies had gotten away and how many might still be on me or in my hair...
