Description

last night was the first time for me to ever see one of the beautiful creatures in person and I got to see two of them. I think they are mates. when I was taking pictures, I had no idea as to what they were. only when I seen on the monitor, I realized that they are moths they are extremely fast and only stay on a Lantana flower for about 5 seconds

They are really hard to catch...good job. They are such fast flyers, as as you say, don't stay at one place but a second.

Great capture of these amazing looking little critters. I nver even knew such a creature exhisted. It really does very strongly resemble a hummingbird.

Great collage! I have only seen one once and it kind of freaked me out because it looked like a cross between an insect and a bird. Had to look around for a mushroom cloud, LOL!
