Description

The workspace of a traditional painter as a still life artwork of its own. This is my second entry to the challenge for the month of August which has the theme of Still Life (the other is Warm Glow). I actually created two artworks for my second entry and I let Dad choose which one I should submit and he chose this one. (The other one was a breakfast scene.) This one took a little under a week to create because I spent so much time getting every materials and textures just right and then I had to perfect the lighting. The sunlight glow and beams were painted on in post-work (the scene looked too flat without this).

This is such a wonderful work of art here. I love the atmosphere and the way it almost looks like a work done in water colors. Bravo! & hats off to ya for this outstanding work of art.
