I shot this last night at the Worley Observatory before the moon came up. It is 34, one minute photos stacked. I am using a 6" Astro Tech reflector, CG5 mount, modified Canon rebel, Backyard EOS, and Deepskystacker. Thanks for viewing

Am so glad I logged on tonight and had a browse. This is great inspiration. Have been longing to get into astrophotography, and just today browsing astrograph telescopes. Thank you for posting but special thanks for mentioning the equipment you use. Am thinking about buying a Skywatcher Quattro CF 8" with a an HEQ5 pro mount. I guess you can look at other peoples photos, with the amount of patience required to put them together, but never really appreciate them fully until the light from the stars hits your own eyeballs (or camera sensor!).
