Description
A juvenile osprey taking her first flights, and the first landing on a branch away from nest.
3 osprey's were born and all 3 are very active learning how to fly, and dive in and get out of the water. Still have not figured out the art of fishing yet, and rely on the mother to bring them the meals, but it will be soon.

Jump, of course! This reminds me of the bald eagles I photographed this year. My pictures were not of this quality, but it seems that young raptors all have to go thru this. Wonderful capture.
