Description

Designed in Ultra Fractal 5.04, and refined in Painter 11.5. I'm doubtful if the Fractal gallery is the best place for this as, despite the use of fractal software, its fundamental intent is different. In this case the accent is on £D but there seems not to be a gallery dedicated to generalised 3D work. This is a continuation of a study uploaded to the gallery yesterday. In deciding to adhere more closely to Vasarely's geometrical design an uninteresting void appeared between the arms of the void. Vasarely used one solution but here I've explored something quite different and which seems to better exhibit the inherent abstract qualities. That's the fun of exploring the work of others when you begin to discern reasons for the decisions made by the artist, and particularly if he/she has a deserving reputation. Cliff.
