Description
The friends talked & talked well into the early evening & didn't really come up with a plan. They were feeling a bit morose.
"Don't Mr & Mrs Bonga live close by? We could see if they can help." Meadow suddenly said. Making the others jump.
"Yes I think she does." Jasmine replied.
"What are we waiting for." said Zlata & Zwoggle together, they both laughed.
The good fairy told the friends she would stay & keep watch over the pups & she asked Hippy Hazel if she would help her.
"That would be good, we will take Ruffle with us then we know she will be safe." said Meadow.
They thanked Harry Hare for all the help he had given them & he told them if they needed him again they only had to ask as he wouldn't be far away. He then hopped off to get some much needed sleep. It was hard work looking after a puppy.
It wasn't long before they were at Mr & Mrs Bonga's house. Zlata knocked & they came to the door, Mrs Bonga as always carrying her handbag.
"Oh my." Mrs Bonga let out a little squeal. "Its our good friends & look they have our puppy Ruffle with them. Oh my we thought she was lost."
"Do you have Spangle too?" Mr Bonga asked as he looked around.
"Flip, does Ruffle belong to you?" Zlata said in an amazed voice.
"We had only had Ruffle & Spangle a few weeks when they were taken from our garden. Have you any idea where Spangle is?" asked Mr. Bonga.
"We sure do." said Zwoggle, all excited. "We hope to rescue her."
"With your help, hopefully." said Meadow
The friends began, all talking together at the tops of their voices, to tell Mr. & Mrs Bonga all about the puppies in the shed & how they had met Hippy Hazel & the good fairy &.
"OOOOh slow down, me dearies." laughed Mrs Bonga. "Come in & have a cuppa & tell us how we can help."
So the friends all tripped into the house, Zlata did a little dance up the steps, she was so happy. Mr. Bonga picked little Ruffle up in his arms, she felt so safe to be there. Maybe it wouldn't be too long before Spangle was back safely.

Barbara, you did a fabulous job on this next chapter in the story. Meadow. had a great idea to go visit the Bonga's and ask for their help. That way they were able to find out that Ruffle and Spangle belong to them and now Ruffle safely back home. Hopefully soon they can rescue Spangle and all of the rest of the little pups

What a awesome chapter,finding Ruffle and Spangle's family is a nice surprise. Fansinating scene,they all look so happy to be with Mr. and Mrs. Bongo. So happy they have found help to rescue the puppies. Looking forward to read what kind of snags are in the next chapter.

Loving the story .. even though I'm cheating by reading it from the end to the beginning .. I know I should start from teh beginning, but then I've never been good at following rules fabulous illustration to go with the story
