Description
The rescue of the pups had been a success thanks to the friends. The last cart was on its way to Mrs Bonga's house. She had had good news for the friends when they had delivered the last cart of pups. She had managed to track down some of the owners & tomorrow once all the pups had all had a meal & good nights sleep they were going to call & see if their pup was there.
Meadow, Hippy Hazel & the good fairy had stayed at Mrs Bonga's to help look after the rowdy pups, they were a very happy bunch & had suffered no ill effects whatsoever. That was all thanks to Hippy Hazel of course for looking after them so well.
Jasmine decided to stop halfway home & let the pups stretch their legs, she kept a watchful eye over them, puppies can be very mischievious. Poor Zlata was suffering from a bit of saddle soreness as she was in charge of Neddy, who I might add did a sterling job too.
Zwoggle was keeping a lookout as they realised that they were not out of danger yet. No one could relax until all the pups were in the safe hands of Mr. & Mrs Bonga & hopefully tomorrow with their origional families.

Wonderful work on this next chapter in the story Barbara, it looks like they have had a long journey to get that last cart of pups back to safety. Now can't wait to see how they deal with who ever is behind all this.

Wonderful story and even better illustration Barbara. I'm sure Ruffles and his sister will have a grand reunion. Little worried about what the thieves will do when they find the puppies are all gone.

What a cute scene. The puppies look so happy and lively. Thoughtful Jamsine had a wonderful idea. Poor Zalta looks so tired out. Excellent news that the puppies are safely on their way back to their own homes.

What a lovely scene! Puppies everywhere, and everyone watching to see they are safe! Puppies love to run and romp in the woods, so much to see, so much to smell! And soon they will be home with their families! Love this scene in the woods with the sun streaming through the branches!
