I am sorry it took so long to get this posted. I hope you like it! She's so beautiful Jenny and I have another one that I'm going to try to post soon.
Now I'm going to try to get caught up on some comments. :)
I go back to the doctor next Friday Oct 5th and hopefully he can move me forward in my treatment. I don't know if he will because I've still been very, very tired but I'm hoping.
I used Angel's Perfect Pearl backgrounds here. They are so amazing and versatile! I painted the flower.. well, attempted. I think it is more impressionistic than realistic.

Yes, it's more impressionnist but that way, the image has an unique look, very beautiful and subtle ! I also thought of an image with Jacinthe and some flowers, this is a great idea and realisation ! I hope you will feel better, I know what it is to always feel tired ;-)

Wow, thank you so much for a beautiful dedi, Delaney. This is truly a prodigious, well-thought work and seemingly inspired by both O'Keeffe and Kahlo's works. The pastel shades are a wonderful contrast to the subject. The textures and how you divided the background into separate squares is quite an eye-catcher. It must have taken you a lot of time painting all these. And I always loved that scriptina font you had been using for your signature. Such an incredible work!

This is really fantastic, Delaney! I love the combination of the two techniques. The painted lilly is gorgeous on its own, but when you add Jacinthe's beauty to it you have a delightful masterpiece! Hope you feel better, hon - I've been a bit blah myself the last few days..
