Description

Teddy and Bird knocked on the cottage door and were invited in by a friendly old lady. In the evening they all sat in the cottage garden and Teddy was given tea and cake. "Thank you for letting us stay the night", said Teddy, "but tomorrow we will have to leave, as we have a long walk through the Forest." The Old ladies cat looked at bird with a thoughtfull expression. To be continued... Thanks for looking

Great image !, this must have been quite a job and it shows. To have something in your mind is one thing, to create it is something else, very good. Much attention for the details too (like the owl in the tree etc.).

Hello all, thanks for comments. Yes, Alfons this did push my PC to its limits. I had a fair number of crashes while building the scene, but luckily it rendered the final image ok (split render 4x4 ). The Flowers are flip boards. I am finding the right balance now, of where to use 3D objects and flipboards, to lower render times and stop too many crashes. WB handles photographs applied as flipboards extremely well. All forground objects, Lady, cat, bear, benches, path etc are 3D models, and I think this probably takes the viewers eye off some of the non 3D flipboard items.

Those flowers are flipboards? To me they look like 3D objects, great work.
