Description
Not much to say. Pretty straight forward. Carrara as usual, very little postwork.
I wanted to create an intimate look at the character's private everyday emotional moment. But I wanted the character to be different from our ordinary, yet ordinary for their world, so I tried to use the landscape in the background to create a world where the character would seem completely at home.

I love her wings, her expression, and her hair all soft and really nice detail. I like the idea of the background, but two changes that I'd go for. 1) She is held back by the railing. If she didn't have wings, the railing would work. But as it is, the railing makes it look confined. She needs to be in that "falling into flight" moment. 2) for me, the deep, bright blue of sky contrasts too much with the whiteness of the figure. Consider adding a bluer cast to the character in post processing or make the sky a colder grey. Those are my immediate thoughts as I view, but about the sky, take with a grain of salt - the longer I look at the wings, the more lovely they become.

Nice! I adore the hair and the warm tones of whatever she's standing on. Those wings are magnificent - and the pose/expression is spot-on. Great work!
