Description

This is actually a test of Parrotdolphin's new Oriental Poser Materials set--I did a couple of the included designs in the set and she very kindly added my name to the package, though my contribution was very small. I was excited to have the set--I have wanted a way to fill in the gaps on various armor sets (female armor is especially drafty) and the scale pattern in the Oriental set is perfect for this. I also swapped out the default texture on the fabric parts of the Zhaetheria Legend for some of the dragon patterns in Parrotdolphin's set. The male character is Gypsyangels' Sam from her Men of the Night set, with her Matthias texture, and the sword is from Mint's Highlander v4 set (now a freebie, I think.) and Tempest is by gypsyangel as well, at Daz. Sam's outfit is by prae, the Galenite tunic, not sure where it's sold. I love prae's clothes because they have built-in morphs to blow and fly around; you just have to select the part you want to move off of the bodyparts list and the dials will show. Most of the rest here is just painted in Pshop.

Gorgeous as always. I wish I had your Photoshop skills. I can't paint to save my life. If I could do hair or cloth I'd be so excited.

Congratulations on the set! The patterns in that set look great. I especially like the scale pattern you used here, and the flower patterns. The only reason I haven't snatched it up yet is not being able to make content with it. My texture making skills aren't to the point where I can whip out textures fast enough to have some just for myself. At least not yet. And I know what you mean about supplementing armor. That's one of the reasons I made a chainmail material in my own set. I thought it might help me with both fantasy and sci fi armor. I hope this set you've made with Parrotdolphin comes in handy for all your work, both commissioned and personal. I think those materials would look perfect on some of the clothing in the bug comic.

Wow!! Fantastic image, looks like the cover of a 'Wizards of the coast' novel. Tempest looks so strong and beautiful and the armour looks far more practical and protective.

This is..SUPER COOL. The pair are perfect and the materials bring totally change the outfits (one of which I have and would have never guessed fabric could look like armor). n___n
