Description

this was built by the city of Dallas on city property right in an area saturated by hotels. the people did not want it, except for those looking for a job. looks more like a casino hotel with changing bands of neon colors fluctuating. when I was looking at it through the camera, it was easy to spot

I like buildings with alternating colored lights or any lights at all - at least from an artistic and visual pov. They're hell on the electrical bill/consumption though. It does look like something out of Vegas. Nice capture!
