Description
this was built by the city of Dallas on city property right in an area saturated by hotels. the people did not want it, except for those looking for a job. looks more like a casino hotel with changing bands of neon colors fluctuating. when I was looking at it through the camera, it was easy to spot

They are building some of this changing color buildings here, whe have one that looks like an illuminated Cd's tower. Great capture!
