Description

This image is not to be meant to be any kind of an artistic render; but, another method of attaining a population of the Rock object which is provided in Terragen 2. Recently (in 2011), dandelO had made a discovery of being able to increase the number of faces on the Rock while preparing to populate it. In my experiments, I further tried some tests to add more displacement and color/texture to the Rocks with some success. If you are interested in the methods, visit The Planetside forun > Terragen 2 Discussion for a full discription of the method on how the Rock object was modified.

Pretty good job Robert. The various colors, marks and sizes of the 'rocks' are a big jump ahead.

Fascinating! Looks like a place I won't visit. Too many rocks, too much water. But I like the idea, so I'll check out the forum. Thanks!
