Still adding and doodling....thanks for the comments and encouragement...... Father-in-Law going from strength to strength...so we informed him we were planning to go home today. Both in work last night and he phoned at 11:00pm to say he was getting pains in his chest....we managed to get home for 11:45 and descided to run him up to Arrow Park Hospital, just to be safe.NOT a heart attack, but something not quite right so he was admitted for observation.Karen and I arrived home (his home)at 05:30am, fortunately we were not due in work till 09:00am {-< We still can't go home, we have to dogsit, our 2 cats wouldn't be too happy if we turned up with a strange spaniel....All being well he should be home tomorrow, and then ???, I'll keep you posted (NOTE FOR CAT LOVERS : our cats are being well looked after by our 23yr old son Peter, who we've left Home Alone since July 21st, come to think of it, I wonder if we have a home to go back too!!!! :-)

Like it Neil...are you sure this isn't in our state of Illinois? Flat is flat. Actually, my experience of northern Germany is very flat too.

This is breathtaking stuff... Its incredible they could pick the tail up like that- but I suppose the real trick is not overbalancing and having it fall on its nose. I hope all turns out well in the 21st Century too.

A great scene Neil, I could have done with a ballon like that a number of images back lol. Sorry to hear about your Father-in-Law mate, just when you think things may be going better for him but i'm sure he appreciates all you are doing :) Don't want to worry but if your son is anything like I was at 23, every night would be party night lol.

Thanks for the update on your real life situation. The chest pain may be a "I miss you and don't want to be Home Alone" type of reaction. He seems to appreciate you being there. As for the cats, these animals seem to survive a lot of things, and can make themselves reminded of if so need be. I assume they are well off. It's another thing about you son (drunk? or cat bitten/cat scratched if he's neglected them?). I couldn't feed my "little" fellows last night. When they got their food a few minutes ago, Blackie gingerly took my index finger between his front teeth and licked my finger, as though saying "Thanks for the food!" Then he dove into the bowl for a fat broccoli stalk! Who says rats can't show feelings? Hm... very flat and open field indeed. But it's what's on it that's fascinating. A bit more fog to reduce visibility in the background, or blot it out so you don't need thinking about a background would be interesting. Foggy and wet is quite common in the north. Keep up the good work! :-)

Have to agree with T.Rex's criticisms, but it is still a wonderfully detailed render. Was wondering where you got or how you made the uniforms? Re: your father-in-law, I won't comment as it is late November now and was glad to hear that he came through okay--and you and Karen as well.
