Description

In 1972 the operation Linebacker II was conducted to force North Vietnam back on the negotiation table. Picture was made by a pilot from a B-52. B-52H from mandun in Google Warehouse. I rebuild it and made the UV-mapping.

Great scene! Back in the mid sixties dad was stationed on Okinawa and we used to watch the B-52s take off from Kadena to bomb North Vietnam. Those planes will be a hundred years old before they are retired.

The point of view that you settled on works very well on a lot of levels...framing, sense of place, and definitely relates to photos from the conflict! Nice work.
