Description

When we arrived at camp Friday evening, the sun was setting and the drizzle had started! A portent of things to come (to put it mildly) this was taken on Tuesday during my outing towards SFR #030! the sun had finally broken through and it was glorious

I love dappled wood scenes and they can be hard to capture. This is perfect! The light leads the eye into the image, back to the shining doorway of trees and the bright patch of undergrowth. I like the lightly colored plants (ferns?) in the foreground. They are a nice compliment to the splashes of light deeper in the image. I'm glad you got some sun, even if it was late in coming. I looks very glorious indeed. Great capture!
