Description
When living up on "The lost coast", I grew accustomed once again to living minutes away from the ocean. Grew up on the coast as a young man, but it was a very populated coastline and lacked the pristine beauty that "The lost coast" still offers.
Many of these coastal beaches are inaccessible at higher tides. This image from the Sinkyone wilderness brings back fond memories of beach hopping. At those lower tides, one can make his/her way around sheer cliffs and rocky points. To be rewarded by a fresh new beach that more than likely no one has set foot on but you that day. Hopped three beaches before reaching this headland that allowed me no further.
"A fresh clean beach", suppose I better clarify that phrase. The tide covers most if not all of these hidden beaches. Leaving behind each day a pristine clean beach. It really does not get any better than this. ;~) A great week to all!
To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!!
