Description

The Blue Network of Montreal is the whole of Greater Montreal fronting on the water. The territory has eighty-three (83) islands, including the island of Montreal and Ile Bizard, and over 300 kilometers of shoreline bordered by lakes, rivers and canals. The Blue Network, it is also all public and private partners who develop and protect around the leadership of the City of Montreal and the people who provide activities and services to benefit. The Blue Network is part of the broad vision of the Hochelaga Archipelago (Greater Montreal), which comprises a group of 234 islands from the confluence of the St. Lawrence River and Ottawa River to the confluence of the Mille Îles River, the Rivière des Prairies and the river.
